Our Fourth Grade Book Club met to share their recommendations for good Spring Break reads. Several of the books involved adventures so I hope that everyone has a fun and safe "adventure" on their Spring Break:) We also passed out copies of our "cookbook" with the recipes for the items that some of the girls brought to our meeting last month.
Mrs. Moore then introduced the theme for our next book club meeting which will be a Mother or Special Friend/Daughter brown bag lunch on Tuesday, April 23 from 11:35 am -1:00 pm. We will all read the same book,
The One and Only Ivan by Katherine Applegate. A letter will go home after Spring Break with an order form for the book which can be ordered through our library for $9.75 (you will need to turn in your form by Friday, March 22). It will be great getting to discuss a book that we have all read!
