Happy April!
It
was wonderful meeting with parents recently at parent/teacher
conferences and I will follow-up soon with posts with websites and
suggestions to build math fact fluency, reading fluency, and
keyboarding.
Today, I want to start the month of April off with some fun "story starters" (writing prompts) that might inspire you to write over the long Easter weekend.
1. Pretend you are a pair of boots. Write about your day in the rain.
2. Design an Easter egg. Tell about it and draw a picture of it.
3. What do you think about hard boiled eggs?
4. Describe the perfect Easter basket.
